We want you to be completely satisfied with your AYBL order, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a reason for the request to help us improve.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
